FND stands Foundation. It is data repository for your Oracle Applications.
It keeps track of all application objects like users, Responsibilities, Menus,
Applications, value sets, Lookups, Flex fields and Functions etc
Any object which is starts FND_ is part of the FND module, it means the
main module on which the Oracle Cloud ERP works
